Although it’s been around for thousands of years, journaling is currently having a moment in the limelight. From self-help blogs to famous authors like Deepak Chopra, everyone is talking about the life-changing benefits of learning how to journal.
In this lovely evening with Aroona, you will create that Journal, making it unique to you. Using very simple decorative processes, with different mediums in collage and positive affirmations, you will develop a distinctive little book; something for your thoughts, or your doodles, or used as a way of recording all the positive things that take place that would perhaps go unnoticed in your day.
A tried and tested form of transforming and sustaining good, positive mental health and wellbeing.
