Not another impact session

Last week we had the privilege of hosting a knowledge-sharing session in collaboration with Leeann Kelly from NICVA (Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action).

Impact evaluation has become a fundamental task in the non-profit sector and this has been a brilliant opportunity for us to share our impact journey with such a great audience.

The Duncairn embraced impact evaluation since 2019 and since then it has become a crucial element of our organisational culture. Everyone participates in everyday impact evaluation, from front-of-house volunteers to our Creative Director Ray Giffen.
