Rachel Mae Hannon is a soulful vocalist, multi- instrumentalist, songwriter and producer from Monaghan. Her sound can be described as being where pop meets neo-soul. The low range of her vocals and her eloquent use of harmonies as well as instrumentation gives her a distinctive soul pop sound.
Rachel recently supported HAIM at the Trinity Summer Series, Tom Odell in The 3Olympia, and Eloise in The Sugar Club. She has also played the main stage at Sea Sessions 2022, Kaleidoscope, Indiependence and Electric Picnic 22.
Support on the night comes from a terrifically talented trio Sammy Copley, Róise McHugh & Caoimhe Hopkinson from our Creative Collective.
Dublin-based singer-songwriter Sammy Copley’s heartfelt songs have amassed millions of streams and views across Spotify, TikTok, Youtube & instagram. Sammy recently sold out his headline show at the Academy in Dublin and his latest EP ‘Little Box’ has been critically acclaimed.
Belfast’s very own Róise McHugh is one of the city’s most exciting new talents. Armed with a baritone ukulele, a killer voice and stunning self-penned songs, Róise has recently played Stendhal Festival, performed her song with the Ulster Orchestra and featured in the Duncairn’s In Focus series.
Caoimhe Hopkinson is a contemporary guitarist and multi-instrumentalist hailing from the West of Ireland. Studying in Newpark Music Centre and BIMM, she now works as a session musician and musical director based in Dublin. Playing for the likes of Róisín Ó, Pauline Scanlon, April, and Glasshouse, she covers a range of styles, with a particular interest in folk music.
