Two mighty talents from these shores who will be returning to The Duncairn to share the 100 Club stage for the first time. Joshua was one of the first artists to blend traditional Irish and Ulster Scots folk sounds whilst weaving elements of world music, experimental rock, pop, Americana and electronica to create a sound that is wholly unique and modern yet firmly rooted in tradition. Tyrone-born multi-instrumentalist Jarlath Henderson is renowned primarily for his extraordinary prowess on uilleann pipes and whistles. However, over the years he has proved he is an equally gifted vocalist - his talents having led him to perform and record with artists including The Transatlantic Sessions, Jack Bruce, Lau, Capercaillie, and Michael McGoldrick.
Don’t forget that both Jarlath Henderson and Joshua Burnside will be performing at tomorrow’s Super Sunday session.
