Club FIFTY : Racism, Genocide & The Rise of the Far Right

Our Club FIFTY events combine Arts & Activism in a social setting.  At long tables with communal food, audience members sit together to enjoy world class music, poetry and socially engaged discussion.

This FIFTY examines the recent increase in racial and hate crimes locally, genocide globally & the rise of the far fight in Ireland.  How did we get here and how do we fix things?

Our guests for the evening include;

Clare Sands - sixth generation fiddler and bilingual singer from Cork.
Nandi Jola - South African born poet, storyteller and playwright.
Rioghnach Connolly - Manchester-based vocalist, flautist, lyricist, workshop facilitator and musical activist.
Ruá - a multi-instrumentalist and experimental folk songwriter hailing from Derry.
Stuart McCallum - Manchester-based guitarist, composer, producer and educator.
